The with the absence of a diesel engine, the fully electric eARX 26-2 can work anywhere from inside buildings to outside jobsites with its 46% quieter operational noise and zero-emissions function. The drive and vibration motors are equipped with a recuperation mechanism as standard meaning when the machine stops, or when vibration is turned off the electric motor continues to generate power. This can keep you going further for longer with the machine able to achieve a long battery life of approximately 18 hours. Quick battery charging with 230 volt or 400 volt charging can get you back on track in just 3.5 hours using an external charger (12 hours when using the on-board charger). The battery is a 31.5 kWh capacity LiFePO4 pack which keeps each internal battery cell independent for further fire resistant safety when on the jobsite and allows for smooth operation in conditions as cold as -10° C (14° F) – and up to as hot as 60° C (140° F)!
